Skills & craft

Product depth, an AI builder's hands, a leader's instincts.

Not a checklist of tools — a stack of capabilities I've actually used to ship things, from PRDs and prompts to press launches and furnace floors.

How I work

Principles I don't compromise on

01

Get to the root, always.

I'm not satisfied by a fix that treats the symptom. Whether it's a pump losing pressure or a funnel losing users, I dig until I find the real cause.

02

Build it, don't just brief it.

The best way to understand a product is to get your hands in it. I prototype, prompt, query and test myself — the brief is stronger for it.

03

Let the data decide.

Opinions start conversations; evidence ends them. I instrument, measure, and follow the numbers even when they're inconvenient.

04

Stay a beginner.

The moment the ground shifts, I upskill — without waiting to be told. It's how a mechanical engineer ended up building AI agents.
